Stayed for 1 day and didn't feel like leaving, I would not hesitate to return there. The staff was really helpful and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast I had was great with salami and cheese, as example.

We got great value for our money at Albergo Italia. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the town on foot, and the secure car parking provided peace of mind. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to provide parking assistance and notifying the police about our car. We wanted to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

In the heart of Piombino, just a short walk from the Archaeological Museum, I found myself strolling on the sandy beaches of Sterpaia after a quick 20-minute drive. It was like stepping into paradise, leaving all the stress behind. The port connecting the city to the island of Elba was a gateway to adventure, with every passing minute bringing me closer to new experiences. And to top it off, the hotel's charming family-run vibe made me feel right at home, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance.
Parking arrangements not ideal.

I was impressed with the hotel's excellent cleanliness and spacious rooms with beautiful antique furniture. The hotel's central location made it easy to get to all the major places of interest in the city. Additionally, the secure car parking provided extra convenience. I also particularly enjoyed the proximity to the Dei Boncompagni restaurant, which was only about 80 meters away in the old town.
All was good.
